Companionship - Having one-on-one care in the comfort of their home
to personally assist them, our seniors can live
healthy and happier lives. Our caregivers can assist you with all your basic needs, prepare your meals as well as clean and maintain
your living area. We also have bi-lingual caregivers.
Deciding the best care for you - This means
finding the best caregiver to assist you. We believe that it takes a
special person to to be a caregiver and to be do it well. We have
selected a unique group of individuals to assist you with your
home-care needs.
Providing Caregivers - You
can feel safe and secure with our trained caregivers who undergo a
thorough screening process that includes a careful background check
with two recent references. Caregivers are briefed about clients' health, dietary needs, interest
and hobbies so they can encourage the client to heal properly, giving
the family peace of mind.
AMAK Health Care Agency, Inc. employs
homemakers,
caregivers, Environmental Aides /Personal Care Aides, Licensed
Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Professional
Nurses (RNs) for all of your home care services. We are a New York
State (NYS) Department of Health licensed Home Health Care Agency and
NYS Department of Social Services approved providers of care and
training to individual with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Services We Provide:
Skilled Nursing Services - RNs and LPNs provide service to client.
Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides
- Care for elderly, convalescent or handicapped persons. Assistance
with basic needs, including: Hygiene Care,Meal Preparation,Medication
Reminders,Shopping/Errands, Light Housekeeping, Companionship
Service Coordination - Assist TBI clients with independent living and daily living support.
